What is Energy Psychology?
Energy Psychology is the term given to numerous treatment which work primarily with the body's energy field. Approaches commonly focus on: meridians chakras biofield (the field surrounding the body).

Often the treatment is a combination of an ancient healing tool, such as tapping acupressure points, and modern day psychology, such as affirmations. It is believed that all experiences affect all area of the body/mind. By directly working with and shifting the way the body holds the experience, especially in those extra-sensitive areas, such as meridians, chakras and biofield, often one can come to a new way of experiencing the perceived difficulty. The client may expierence a reduction in pain, an increased sense of calm, and a shift to more positive beliefs.

What is Energy Medicine?
Energy Medicine involves supporting or correcting the body's energy flow to enhance mood, life energy and stamina. It may be used to help with acute or chronic distresses, and has been helpful in relieving headaches, PMS, jet-lag, that 2 pm low-energy time many experience. It can give a boost to your overall energy, renewing enthusiasm for life and lifting dread of challenges.
The basic premise underlying Energy Medicine is that life stressors, trauma, situations not in alignment with your highest good and conditioning affect your body, emotions, mind. These can affect your attitude about life, your ability to handle additional stressors and your ability to fully engage in daily activities. Using simple techniques to align your body's energy, you can feel more present in your daily life and experience more ease in moving forward toward your dreams.
Energy Medicine is a way of empowering you to take care of yourself. Whether you use it as a stand-alone technique or in conjunction with medical care, it provides tools you can use on a daily (or minute to minute) basis to help yourself feel better.

What is ThetaHealing®?
The ThetaHealing® technique is a healing modality developed by Vianna Stibal. It grew out of her work as a psychic reader and her desire to bring healing to illnesses, including her own cancer. Vianna used this technique on many others, with various illnesses, and had wonderful healing results. She then discovered that she could teach it to others. She now travels around the globe, teaching practitioners and instructors in this method.

The essence of the ThetaHealing practice is taking the mind up to a "Theta" state, where the brain is in a theta brainwave, a state of deep relaxation and healing, below the normal consciousness. By accessing this state, it is possible to have healing of long-held issues, mental, emotional and physical.

What is Birth Your LIfe (BYL)?
Birth Your LIfe® (BYL) is an outgrowth of Dynamic Energetic Healing (DEH), developed by Mary Hammond and two of her colleagues, and is blend of a structured process for identifying and containing what seeks healing and the intuitive methods of doing that healing.
Many people work for a long time to resolve certain life situations, with little relief. That may be due to the problem originating in ancestral or past lives, while one is in utero or at birth. When these traumas are resolved, the person may then easily move through current life situations. Birth Your Life provides a systematic way of locating and clearing those origins.
Often people's lives change dramatically after the origins to a particular problem have been cleared. This may happen in as few as 8 sessions.
What is TAT?
TAT® (Tapas Acupressure Technique®) is a meridian-based Energy Psychology developed by acupuncturist Tapas Fleming. Tapas was on a quest to help heal allergies and what she found was that the technique that came to her could help resolve trauma, depression, allergies, negative thought patterns.

This simple technique, in which one puts one's hands on certain points in the front and back of the head and then says a series of healing steps, can shift one's perception of a problem and allow it to release.

What EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is an Energy Psychology that involves tapping on acupressure points while focusing on a particular issue. It is safe and non-invasive and very easy to learn and teach. Developed by Gary Craig, a retired engineer, the system is logical and efficient. EFT has been used to shift negative beliefs, reduce trauma, shift stress around work, tiredness, overwhelm, addiction and chronic pain.

Why focus on the Body?
Feelings arise in the body. The way to suppress a feeling is to tighten the area of the body that would express that feeling. By allowing those energies to release, the client may experience greater life energy and vitality.

What is BioMagnetism?
Biomagnetic Therapy (or BioMagnetism) is a therapeutic technique developed by Dr. Isaac Goiz Durán in the 1980s. Since his discovery of the first pair, the field has expanded to include more than 350 BioMagnetic Pairs (BMPs).

BioMagnetic Therapy uses pairs of magnets to reduce distress, correct imbalances in the body and facilitate increased vitality and well-being. The pairs have been extensively researched and correlate to treatment of numerous ailments including acute, chronic, degenerative, autoimmune disease, organ dysfunction, and toxicity, including heavy metals.

BioMagnetic treatment is accomplished by placing magnets of medium intensity (1000 external Gauss) in specific areas of the human body. The placement of each pair is verified by energy testing. Once the pair is on the body, the magnets are left for about 20 minutes so that the correction is stabilized and the energetic balance is sustainable in the body.

Many persons receiving this treatment report that they have renewed physical and emotional energy and thus are able to deal with and resolve long-standing issues in their lives.

One of the focuses of BioMagnetic Therapy is reducing infections—parasitic, bacterial, viral, and fungal.
  • Parasites and bacteria co-exist in a symbiotic relationship, as do viruses and fungi. When a BMP associated with a parasite is located and treated with this protocol, co-existing BMPs associated with bacteria are also searched for and treated.
  • The same process is used with viruses and fungi.
  • This perspective offers an interesting vantage point into why parasite cleanses are seldom successful—parasites are killed while co-existing bacteria remain in the body. The bacteria may then grow unchecked or the parasite may reemerge at the next opportunity in an attempt to re-establish the original condition.
  • The link between viruses and fungi also explains why some people have such a difficult time reducing candida (a fungus) overgrowth. They spend years on restricted diets and pursue many remedies, while co-existing viruses are untreated and the condition remains unbalanced.
BioMagnetic Therapy assists in clearing illness without creating antimicrobial resistance in the body.

Other areas of focus with BioMagnetic Therapy include organ imbalance or dysfunction and imbalances not associated with pathogens or dysfunction, such as heavy metal toxicity or immunosuppression.

The conditions BioMagnetism has been used to treat include: Allergies, anxiety, arthritis, asthma, ADD, autism, autoimmune issues, bacterial infections, candida, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, digestive disorders, eczema, fibromyalgia, heavy metal and other toxicity, herpes, infertility, Lyme’s Disease, MS, parasites, psoriasis, sinusitis, skin problems, viral infections, and many other conditions or illnesses.

BioMagnetism seems to be particularly beneficial to those with autoimmune issues. It can assist in boosting organ functioning and reducing toxicity, allowing the body to begin functioning at a higher level. This can improve mood, vitality, hope and well-being.

A BioMagnetic Therapy session lasts 1 to 1.5 hours. People can generally experience significant reduction in symptoms and renewed vitality in 3 to 8 sessions.

What is Emotional Release Bodywork?
Emotional Release Bodywork (Rosen Method) involves gentle, yet firm, touch with accompanying verbal interaction. This combination creates a space for you to release physical tension as well as underlying emotional holding.
This work can be helpful for those dealing with:
  • Trauma
  • Depression
  • Fertility Issues
  • Eating Disorders
  • Relationship Issues
  • Spiritual Emergence
  • Chronic aches and pains.
When feelings are not allowed or certain experiences are not completed, the body holds what is denied. The energy spent in holding unallowable feelings at bay is not available for present day life.

A practitioner focuses on helping you become aware of what is held, allowing your muscle tension to relax and opening the door to an exploration of the underlying emotional holding.

You may experience increased well-being and trust, a deeper connection with your true self.

The practice of mindfulness originates in Buddhist meditation. And practice of mindfulness has entered the American mainstream in recent years, in part through the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and his Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program.
